Real estate is one of the biggest businesses in Pakistan and numerous business owners generate huge amount of money through real estate.

Property disputes or civil disputes are one of the biggest disputes in the legal world.

Numerous cases are stuck into the court of law as the procedure to get justice in the civil litigation matters is quite slow and it takes years for a person to get justice.

The main reason behind this fact is that most of the people who get into a dispute with someone don’t know where they should go or whom they should approach to get justice.

There are two parties in a civil suit.

One is a plaintiff and other is the defendant.

In case a person or people doesn’t respond to the notices provided by the court then court is entitled to decree the case in favor of the person who is regularly appearing on the dates provided by the courts be it plaintiff or defendant.

In legal language this term is referred as ex-parte decree or a decree passed in favor of a single party.
